Q. What do I do if product is damaged in shipment?
A. If noticeable damage has occurred to the packaging notify the driver when signing for the shipment. In any instance open the shipment upon receipt and inspect for concealed damage and if any is found notify the carrier immediately and contact Luxor’s customer service department for replacement parts or components at no charge and further instruction for handling the damaged products.
Q. What do I do if I am missing parts?
A. Contact Luxor’s customer service department and they will forward the missing components at no charge.
Q. Can the product be returned and what do I do?
A. Product can be returned, but is subject to the terms and conditions of Luxor’s return policy.
Q. How long has Luxor been in business?
A. Since 1946, Luxor was originally located in North Chicago, IL and has been located in Waukegan, IL since 1976.
Q. What are the hours that Luxor’s Customer Service Department be reached?
A. Luxor’s Customer Service Department is open from 8:30am to 4:00pm CST M-F. Closed on Holidays.
Q. When should I expect my shipment to ship after ordering?
A. Orders normally ship in 5-10 business days. For large orders please contact Luxor Sales to assure delivery schedules, availability, and any special delivery needs.
Q. When placing large orders how will the product be shipped?
A. Large orders are normally shipped via truck. Call for a special shipment quotation.
Q. How are bids and special project quotes handled?
A. Luxor has a bid coordinator. The coordinator will process your bid and enter your bid into the bid system.
Q. Can Luxor private label utility carts and tool storage for my company?
A. Yes we can, depending on quantity requirements.
Q. Can my company be set up as a reseller of your products and how can that be done?
A. Yes, you can be set up as a reseller by an inside sale representative you can contact them at sales@luxorfurn.com.
Q. Will you drop ship to my customers or do I have to warehouse your product?
A. We will drop ship to your customers; however, if you stock/warehouse our product you will receive a stocking price.
Q. Is there assembly required with Luxor’s products?
A. With most of Luxor Product, assembly is required.
