Q: What do I do if the product is damaged in shipment?

A: If noticeable damage has occurred to the packaging, notify the driver when signing for the shipment. In any instance, open the shipment upon receipt and inspect it for concealed damage. If any is found, notify the carrier immediately. Contact Luxor's customer service department for replacement parts or components at no charge and further instruction for handling the damaged products.

Q: How can I purchase your products?

A: Luxor is a manufacturer of specialty furniture items and sells it's products only through authorized distributors worldwide. We do not sell our products directly to end users. If you are interested in purchasing Luxor products please contact us and we will refer you to an authorized Luxor distributor. Thank You.

Q: What do I do if I am missing parts?

A: Contact Luxor's Customer Service department and they will forward the missing components at no charge.

Q: Can the product be returned?

A:Product can be returned, but is subject to the terms and conditions of the Return Policy.

A: Luxor's Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 8:15 am to 4:00pm CST. We are closed on major holidays.

A: Assembly is required for most of our products.

A: Luxor products are manufactured with the highest degree of quality. All Luxor products are covered by a manufacturer's Limited* Lifetime Warranty against defects and workmanship. Q: When should I expect my shipment to ship after ordering?

A: Orders normally ship in 5-10 business days. Call ahead for large orders to assure delivery schedules, availability, and any special delivery needs.

A: All Luxor products are designed in the United States and manufactured in factories in the United States and Asia.
