Luxor Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours except where the order has already shipped.

Custom orders are non-cancelable.

For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition.

Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Luxor Furniture.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
